1940 Rieger
2012-04-23 The 'monthly organ tour' has started again. This one, built by Rieger Brothers was constructed during the war in a church that was at that time in the 'immigrant quarter' of Vienna. It has three manuals, and 56 voices, including several that I had never seen before (except on electronic organs): Gedacktpommer, Bombarde, Harfenprinzipal, Untersatz, etc. And more little buttons than I've ever seen before.
