Snow Mountain Panorama A seven shot panorama manually stitched. A cog-wheel train runs up the ridge on the left. The tree line is about 1700m and the true peak is 2028m. If you know they are there, you can barely see the "Elisabeth Chapel" (dedicated to the murdered wife of the Kaiser) on the top left and the Fischer Hut top right.
Recycling a castle Very little is known about this castle near Losenheim, Lower Austria, except that it probably was built in the late 13th century and was a total ruin - just a jumble of stones and a few walls. The private owner has been recreating it for the last several years. (And I see that some of the "Enzos" - the red plastic benches - have been recycled from Vienna's Museum Quarter to Losenheim, too.)
