Four spotted Brown Skimmer (Libellula quadrimaculata) protecting his territory. This appears to be the variant praenubila Newman, since the spots are large Myakka River State Park
Not sure - perhaps Gulf Fritillary Butterlies (agraulis vanillae) Stump Pass, Florida, USA
