Seen in one of the gardens run by the City of Vienna. In summer they might be more vibrant - it is very late in the season. This version is slightly updated, incorporating suggestions received via the Flickr group
Yes, palm trees grow in Vienna - at least in parks with the wonderful city gardeners taking care of them. One park has 'theme gardens' and this shot is from the Prehistoric Garden - and the trees are continually misted.
