First Rose 2012-05-23 After 30 hours without internet or telephone - and waiting at home for technicians to arrive - I took a few shots in our garden. This is the first rose to blossom from the orange climbing rose we planted last year. A very nice color - some pink, some orange.

Large insect, small flower 2012-05-06 I'm not sure what kind of insect this is (it doesn't have a glowing tail), but it sure had a hard time getting on top of this flower in our lawn. I'm not sure whether it got any nectar at all. Enjoy your day! And thanks for the comments on my organ pipes.
